Before partnering with Sundae Creative, RYA’s social presence did not fully reflect the sophistication and editorial quality of the brand itself. Content styles varied from platform to platform, visuals lacked cohesion, and the absence of formalized brand guidelines made it difficult to maintain a polished, recognizable identity.
The core challenge was bridging the gap between the brand’s existing prestige and how it appeared online. RYA needed a streamlined creative direction, a refined aesthetic, and content that felt both aspirational and accessible. Additionally, the brand wanted to speak more directly to its feminine audience without falling into generic or overused visual tropes.
With multiple platforms to manage and limited internal resources for ongoing content production, RYA required an integrated approach that could unify strategy, creative execution, and social media management in one place.

SOLUTION
Sundae Creative developed a comprehensive social media strategy designed to realign RYA’s online presence with its brand identity. We began by establishing new creative guidelines that defined the tone, colour palette, photography style, content themes, and editorial direction.
To elevate the visual identity, we introduced a blend of film and digital photography, giving the feed an elegant, textured aesthetic that matched the brand’s elevated positioning. Our creative direction emphasized femininity, minimalism, and tangibility, bringing the garments to life through movement, close-up details, and editorial framing.
We produced both AGC (agency-generated content) and UGC-style shoots to ensure a balanced mix of polished editorial and relatable lifestyle content. This approach allowed us to showcase the craftsmanship of the RYA collection while still feeling authentic and emotionally resonant.
In parallel, we refined RYA’s cross-platform strategy on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest to ensure messaging, imagery, and content pillars were consistent across channels. The result was a unified and elevated brand narrative that strengthened recognition and deepened engagement.
